The Fairfax County Regional Planning Commission has delayed until January a public hearing on plans for a new parking garage at the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro station.
Commissioners, who evaluate proposed construction projects for the county supervisors, had scheduled a public hearing for last Thursday on the 2,100-space garage but nixed it at the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority’s request.
