Dump truck driver charged in fatal Prince William crash

Dibble, of Alexandria, turned himself in on Wednesday.</p> <p><span>Police said Dibble was driving south on Lee Highway near Sudley Road when he c</span><span>rossed into the northbound lane and hit a Ford F-350, moved back into the southbound lane, then swerved into the northbound lane again, hitting a Honda CRV head-on.</span></p> <p><span>The Honda driver, <a href=”https://wexwpdev.washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/capital-land/2011/11/victim-identified-fatal-manassas-crash”>identified as</a> </span>40-year-old Daniel Tulk, of South Riding, was killed. None of the four Ford occupants were injured.
