Jason Whitlock reposts BLM tweet he was suspended for, vowing to ‘never apologize’

Sports journalist Jason Whitlock is back on Twitter and issued a scathing message about the tech behemoth after it suspended him for criticizing Black Lives Matter founder Patrisse Cullors’s recent purchase of a swanky Los Angeles-area home.

“Never apologize to these satanic MFers! Never. Stand your ground. Stand on truth,” Whitlock tweeted Tuesday after he was readmitted to his account.

Whitlock was locked out of his account for a tweet he issued on Friday that reads, “Black Lives Matter founder buys $1.4 million home in Topanga, which has a black population of 1.4%. She’s with her people!”

The tweet was also reposted on Whitlock’s account after it was found to be in violation of “Twitter Rules on private information.”

Twitter did not immediately respond to the Washington Examiner’s request for comment on why the tweet was found to be a violation, yet it was reposted sometime on Tuesday evening. However, a post from journalist Ryan Glasspiegel showed Twitter suspended Whitlock and his tweet by “mistake.”

Whitlock responded to Glasspiegel that Twitter was spreading a “lie” that he reached out to the company following his lock and that he will “never apologize for speaking the truth.”

“You only do 2 days. The day you go in and the day you come out….. I never reached out to Twitter. That’s a lie they telling. I have no problem apologizing when I’m wrong. No problem. But I’ll never apologize for speaking the truth.”

Whitlock had slammed the tech giant for his suspension earlier this week, saying, “Twitter has been looking for an excuse to de-platform me.”

“BLM is one of Big Tech’s sacred cows. I’ve been harping on the fraudulence and the financial grift of BLM for years. I think Twitter has been looking for an excuse to de-platform me,” Whitlock said.

“They want you to remove the tweet to start your 12-hour sentence. Why should I remove the tweet? They have already removed it. I sat back and said I’m going to do nothing and see where this story goes,” he added.

The incident comes after it was reported that Cullors, who describes herself as a “trained Marxist,” bought four properties totaling about $3 million in recent days.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation issued a statement on Cullors’s purchases on Tuesday, saying she works for the organization in a “volunteer capacity and does not receive a salary or benefits.” It added that the criticisms she’s received are “generated by right-wing forces.”

“Patrisse’s work for Black people over the years has made her and others who align with the fight for Black liberation targets of racist violence. The narratives being spread about Patrisse have been generated by right-wing forces intent on reducing the support and influence of a movement that is larger than any one organization. This right-wing offensive not only puts Patrisse, her child and her loved ones in harm’s way, it also continues a tradition of terror by white supremacists against Black activists,” the statement reads.

Whitlock has repeatedly denounced BLM, saying that it is the “antithesis of Dr. Martin Luther King’s Civil Rights Movement.”

“BLM is a secular (anti-religion) movement. Its founders admit being trained Marxists. Marxism rejects all religions,” Whitlock said in August, when protests and riots continued after the death of George Floyd on Memorial Day.

“BLM is the antithesis of Dr. Martin Luther King’s Civil Rights Movement, which was founded in Christian love,” he wrote.
