President Biden is not backing calls for New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to step down, the White House said, as the embattled New York governor faces new calls from the state’s Democratic congressional delegation to resign.

More than a dozen New York lawmakers have called for Cuomo to resign, including Reps. Jerry Nadler and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
