D.C. congressional delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton got a talking to from WTOP political commentator Mark Plotkin this week after he noticed the “taxation without representation” statement on her D.C. license plate was covered by a plastic guard.
The Washington Examiner’s photographer Andrew Harnik was on the scene to capture the moment following an announcement of new plans for the redevelopment of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Needless to say, Norton was quick to remove the obstruction.
