President Trump took to Twitter on Sunday to praise his sometime golfing partner Tiger Woods and tout his record on minority unemployment.
Trump praised Woods’ remarks about the president and presidency made during a press conference after the Northern Trust Open in New Jersey last week.
“Tiger Woods showed great class in the way he answered the question about the Office of the Presidency and me. Now they say the so-called ‘left’ is angry at him,” he tweeted.
Tiger Woods showed great class in the way he answered the question about the Office of the Presidency and me. Now they say the so-called “left” is angry at him. So sad, but the “center & right” loves Tiger, Kanye, George Foreman, Jim Brown & so many other greats, even more…….

According to a transcript, Woods responded to questions about his friendly relationship with Trump, with whom Woods has played golf both before and after he took office.
“He’s the President of the United States. You have to respect the office,” said Woods, who has also reportedly played golf with former presidents Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and Barack Obama. “No matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office.
Trump also took the opportunity to again tout the low unemployment rage among blacks, Asians and Hispanics, which stood at 6.6 percent, 3.1 percent and 4.5 percent, respectively, in July.
….The fact is that African/American unemployment is now the lowest in the history of our country. Same with Asian, Hispanic and almost every other group. The Democrats have been all talk and no action. My Administration has already produced like no other, and everyone sees it!
