Donald Trump has some criticism for his daughter Ivanka’s choice of friends, namely the daughter of his opponent Hillary Clinton.
Speaking at a rally in Colorado Friday, the GOP nominee said that both Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton do like each other, much to his chagrin. “What are you gonna do, that is the way it is right?” he asked the boisterous crowd. Trump then recounted that he asked Ivanka if she liked Chelsea Clinton and she said that “I do dad, really.”
“I wish you didn’t, it would be a lot easier,” Trump said, recounting his response to his daughter.
Both Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka gave prime-time addresses introducing their parents at their respective conventions.
