Rep. Lauren Boebert didn’t hold back with her wardrobe choice in a meeting with former President Donald Trump.
The Colorado Republican sported a red dress emblazoned with “Let’s go Brandon” at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday. The message suggested she was mocking Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat who wore a gown to the Met Gala with “Tax the Rich” written across the back.
“Let’s go Brandon” is a gaffe-turned-viral meme after a journalist misreported that a NASCAR crowd chanted a cheer for driver Brandon Brown when they actually shouted, “F*** Joe Biden.”
“It’s not a phrase, it’s a movement! #LGB,” Boebert wrote on Twitter.

“Let’s go Brandon” has become popular amid conservatives as a chant at sporting events and political rallies, a chart-topping rap with three variations of the slogan in Apple Music’s top 10 songs, and a practical joke wherein the prankster asks store or airport employees to page “Lesco Brandon” over the intercom.
