Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise will have to wait until July 17 to settle their issues in family court about who will raise their daughter.
Despite reports that there would be an emergency hearing on custody and child support for Suri, an attorney has confirmed to E! News that those rumors are false.
According to E!, the date in court is to get a temporary order in place until something permanent can be decided later.

While that has been the story thus far, a Chicago Sun-Times source and a TMZ source have both said Katie is committed to Scientology and has had nothing but positive things to say about the religion.
TMZ says she is using it as an excuse to hurt Tom. But those close to Katie say they often fought about Scientology and it was the crux of their problems.
Jillian’s home broken into
Celebrity trainer and new mom of two Jillian Michaels has had her home broken into and her Bentley stolen.
The man who took the keys to her car was found by police, and during a pursuit, he smashed it into a light pole.
Jillian hopped on Twitter to reassure everyone that her brood was doing fine.
“Thanks so much for all your concern regarding the burglary,” she wrote. “We are all fine & that’s what counts. Stuff is just stuff after all.”
