Former President Donald Trump was seen at his Virginia golf course on Monday, putting to rest rumors that had emerged after he was spotted making an unexpected visit to Washington, D.C.

Trump was seen arriving at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, which is located just 26 miles outside downtown the district, according to a video posted online by a freelance reporter.
The former president was documented wearing his golf shoes and a white polo, spurring rumors online that speculated the flight was unplanned and may be related to one of the federal investigations he is under.

The visit comes nearly two months after Trump returned to Washington, D.C., for the first time since leaving office, appearing at the America First Policy Institute’s two-day America First Agenda Summit in July. During that speech, Trump teased launching a second reelection bid, though the former president has not made any formal announcements.
