Former Vice President Al Gore released a video Tuesday in which he appeared to endorse a penguin for Congress.

Gore, who has tackled environmental issues throughout his political career, is supporting Earth the Penguin as part of a broader satirical campaign by the Climate Reality Project to encourage voter registration and turnout ahead of November’s midterm elections.
