WHAT: Kessler says Texas Gov. Rick Perry is “stuck in a time warp” of the 1980s because he apparently doesn’t realize that the Palestinian Liberation Organization recognized Israel’s right to exist in a letter under the 1993 Oslo Accords. WHY IT’S DIM: Kessler appears unaware that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas now claims his organization only recognized Israel for the purpose of accepting its financial assistance.
