Colo shooting suspect was hospitalized, restrained

DENVER (AP) — A newly released court document says Colorado theater shooting suspect James Holmes was taken from jail to the psychiatric ward of a hospital in November because he was considered a danger to himself.

The defense motion made public Friday says James Holmes was kept at Denver Health Medical Center for several days and was frequently held in restraints.
