Donald Trump once again criticized Green Party Nominee Jill Stein’s effort to launch recounts in three states the president-elect narrowly won.
Stein successfully sought a recount of the votes in Wisconsin but has failed to get the same result in Pennsylvania, both states Trump won narrowly in the election last month. Stein is also trying to get a recount of Michigan, which Trump also narrowly won.
“The Green Party just dropped its recount suit in Pennsylvania and is losing votes in Wisconsin recount,” Trump tweeted Sunday. “Just a Stein scam to raise money!”

Stein has raised more than $6 million for the recount, after only raising $3.5 million for her failing bid for the presidency.
She answered back on Twitter that about 50 percent of Trump’s supporters claimed elections are rigged and asked why they are fighting the recount.

She added that the recount “does not benefit one candidate over another. It benefits all voters across the political spectrum.”

Trump has previously criticized Stein’s recount effort as a scam. He tweeted on Nov. 26 that the party is trying to “fill up their coffers by asking for impossible recruits is now being joined by the badly defeated & demoralized Dems.”
The Clinton campaign has said it will participate in the Wisconsin recount.
