A 60-year-old Landover man was arrested and charged with fatally stabbing his housemate early Sunday morning, according to Prince George’s County police.
Police say Jonathan Kelly got into a fight with the victim, 46-year-old David Smith, during which Kelly stabbed him. Kelly and Smith both the lived at the house on the 7600 block of Oxman Road in Landover, where police found Smith dead at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday morning.
Kelly has been charged with second-degree murder.
