The development is part of the county’s efforts to <a href=”https://wexwpdev.washingtonexaminer.com/local/montgomery-unveils-wheaton-revitalization-plan” target=”_blank”>revitalize Wheaton</a>.</p> <p>In addition to Leggett, the ceremony featured Safeway Eastern Division President Steve Neibergall, <a href=”http://www.patriotrealtyco.com/” target=”_blank”>Patriot Realty</a> President Leith Wain and <a href=”http://www.foulgerpratt.com/” target=”_blank”>Foulger-Pratt</a> Managing Principal Bryant Foulger.</p>
