The driver of a disabled car was killed on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway near Laurel.
U.S. Park Police said said the man was pushing his car southbond around 1 a.m. Friday, when he was struck by another car. A tour bus swerved to avoid the accident and got stuck in the mud.
The man pushing the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
