PORTLAND, N.Y. (AP) — State police say no one was injured after a Megabus blew a tire and caught fire while traveling on the Thruway in western New York.

Troopers say the bus was carrying 18 passengers when the fire started as it traveled in Interstate 90’s eastbound lanes around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday in the Chautauqua (shuh-TAW’-kwuh) County town of Portland, 45 miles southwest of Buffalo.
