Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is delivering a policy speech for his 2024 presidential campaign in which he will be unveiling his “declaration of economic independence.”
DeSantis is expected to start speaking at 11:15 a.m. from Rochester, New Hampshire.

The event comes as DeSantis continues to be in second place in the Republican presidential primary, behind former President Donald Trump, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average.
