House Intelligence Committee wants Trump’s former bodyguard to testify: Report

The House Intelligence Committee plans to interview the White House Director of Oval Office Operations Keith Schiller as part of its investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, according to a report Thursday morning.

Trump Organization’s former head of security and longtime bodyguard was listed by House investigators as one of the people from Trump’s campaign and inner circle whom they would like to speak with about the Russia probe.

The committee also hopes to hear from former national security adviser Mike Flynn, White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, and Trump’s longtime friend Roger Stone. The four men have volunteered to testify before the committee.

Schiller has worked for Trump for two decades. He hand-delivered the termination letter for James Comey at the FBI’s Washington headquarters in May. Schiller also traveled with Kushner and National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster to Iraq in April.

ABC News reported it’s not clear if Schiller will appear before the committee.
