By now, most are aware of the Philadelphia abortionist, Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who has been arrested on eight counts of murder. The charges were brought about after a 41-year-old patient died under his care. Then seven counts were added when evidence surfaced that he also severed the spines of seven babies born after botched abortions. Further, the botched abortions were illegal (in Pennsylvania, but not in all states), late-term procedures.

What is very interesting here, however, is something that has no doubt been discussed before, at length, but is worth bringing up again. Namely, abortion laws are nonsensical. Literally.
