Special counsel Robert Mueller has cost American taxpayers another $4.5 million.

According to a new statement of expenditures released on Thursday showing expenses between Oct. 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018, most of the money — $2.78 million — was spent on personnel compensation and benefits.
