Donald Trump has said that campaign spouses should not be included in attacks between candidates, but declared Sunday that rule does not apply to former President Bill Clinton.
“If he’s involved in the campaign, he shouldn’t be [off the table],” Trump on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday morning. “He gets involved when she plays the women’s card. When she says Donald Trump was nasty to a woman … if he’s involved in the campaign, he should absolutely, he could be brought into it.”
