Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel shared Trump campaign data from his Monday rally in Florida that shows over 30% of attendees were not Republicans.
“Fantastic data from @realDonaldTrump’s rally in Sanford,” McDaniel tweeted. “15,852 voters identified. 31.8% were NOT Republicans. 16.3% were Democrat. 24.4% did not vote in 2016. 14.4% did not vote in the last 4 elections. Thank you, Florida!”

Trump held his first major rally Monday night outside Orlando, Florida, since testing positive for the coronavirus earlier this month. Trump’s physician announced this week that Trump tested negative for the virus on multiple occasions and deemed him “not infectious to others.”
The data shared by McDaniel is consistent with previous data the Trump campaign has shared from rallies earlier this year.
In January, the campaign reported that just over 25% of attendees were Democrats and 10% of rallygoers didn’t vote in 2016.
The campaign said that 18% of rally attendees in Phoenix, Arizona, the next month identified as Democrats, and a quarter of the overall attendance said they did not vote in 2016.
