Rep. Judy Chu, D-Calif., called President Trump “emotionally insecure” on Wednesday after he sent out a tweet celebrating the one-year anniversary of his election.
“Not even 280 characters and my PhD in psychology are enough to fully capture just how emotionally insecure our President is. This is a start though,” Chu tweeted, referring to Twitter’s new 280-character policy.

Chu was replying to Trump’s tweet that said, “Congratulations to all of the ‘DEPLORABLES’ and the millions of people who gave us a MASSIVE (304-227) Electoral College landslide victory!”
Trump has routinely brought up his margin of victory in the Electoral College in the months since he was elected.
