Judge to Chris Brown: No more pet monkeys

A Los Angeles judge was not monkeying around in ordering singer Chris Brown to give up his exotic pet in order to avoid criminal charges.

The 30-year-old singer had his pet capuchin monkey, named Fiji, seized by California Fish and Wildlife agents early last year after he posted a video on Instagram of his daughter snuggling with the small rainforest-dwelling primate. He was charged with two misdemeanors for possessing the simian without a permit.
