More than 823,000 people signed up for Obamacare last week through healthcare.gov, bringing the total so far for open enrollment to 3.6 million.

The total number of sign-ups last week was 823,180. The enrollment numbers though show a major task ahead as the deadline to pick plans expires on Dec. 15. Last year more than 13 million people signed up for Obamacare, but that open enrollment period ended on Jan. 31.
