Indiana Gov. Mike Pence tweeted out late Sunday that Donald Trump won the second presidential debate, and said he’s “proud” to stand with Trump.
“Congrats to my running mate @realDonaldTrump on a big debate win! Proud to stand with you as we #MAGA,” Pence tweeted.

Pence’s tweet was his first remark since his initial statement reacting to video released on Friday of Trump from 2005 talking about women and sexual assault, which had created a firestorm. During the debate, Trump said that he wasn’t “proud” of what he said.
