The Arlington County Board on Saturday approved up to $15 million in bonds for local projects. Half of the bond proceeds, $7.5 million, will fund the completion of a new fire station in Cherrydale. The fire station is expected to be completed next summer.
Additional funds will go to build a new park in Buckingham Village, and about $5 million will help get construction started on a new Arlington Mill Community Center.
