CNN host Jake Tapper said that special counsel John Durham’s final report exonerates former President Donald Trump “to a degree.”
Tapper concluded that the report was “devastating to the FBI,” and it was a victory for Trump.
“Regardless, the report is now here, it has dropped, and it might not have produced everything of what some Republicans hoped for … it is, regardless, devastating to the FBI, and to a degree it does exonerate Donald Trump,” he said.
