New Yorkers aren’t backing down against coronavirus vaccine mandates.
Protesters in Brooklyn marched against Mayor Bill de Blasio and President Joe Biden’s vaccine policies Monday, with attendees including first responders, firefighters, and police.
“F*** Joe Biden,” read at least one of the picket signs, referencing a chant popularized by a media gaffe in which a reporter misquoted a NASCAR crowd as yelling, “Let’s go, Brandon,” for racer Brandon Brown.

The activists, many of whom were municipal employees, marched across the Brooklyn Bridge. There are reportedly 50,000 city workers who haven’t been vaccinated.
