Navy Academy sexual assault case delayed by snow

WASHINGTON (AP) — The military trial of a former U.S. Naval Academy football player accused of sexually assaulting a classmate has been delayed by winter weather.

Lawyers are now expected to give opening statements Tuesday in the court-martial of Joshua Tate of Nashville, Tenn.
