NBC correspondent Ken Dilanian was caught on a hot mic cursing live on MSNBC Tuesday.
“Ken, what have you learned, sir?” MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin asked Dilanian.
“Oh, shit. F—,” Dilanian said as he looked down at what presumably was his phone.
“OK, think we’ve lost Ken,” Melvin responded.
He apologized for the segment on Twitter, citing technical issues.
“So sorry for the profanity I used on air last hour. I was experiencing some technical difficulties and mistakenly hung up on the control room, though my mic still was on. Perils of playing producer, cameraman and tech support all at the same time from home. #2020,” he tweeted.

Dilanian wasn’t the first news personality seen on camera in a hot mic situation during the election cycle.
Fox News’s Sandra Smith appeared incredulous and rolled her eyes as a guest questioned the results of the presidential election, according to leaked footage from Saturday.
“Remember, just because CNN says or even Fox News says that somebody’s president doesn’t make them president,” guest Cleta Mitchell said in the segment. “So, I think everybody wants to know this was done properly and legally and that we can trust the results. And I think we have to look at every one of these concerns.”
“What?” Smith said in the leaked raw feed of Saturday’s America’s Newsroom. Her reaction was not broadcast on live television.
“What is happening? Like, Trace, we’ve called it,” Smith said, referring to Fox News host Trace Gallagher, who joined her in the segment.
