DETROIT (AP) — The photographer who snapped Desmond Howard’s Heisman Trophy touchdown pose in a 1991 game is suing the former Wolverine superstar and Sports Illustrated for using it.
The Detroit Free Press (http://on.freep.com/YnSKtm )reported Monday that Brian Masck says Howard, the magazine and others unlawfully copied and marketed the shot.
