The Americans for Tax Freedom released an interactive flash game exploring the hardships workers may face if the Employee Free Choice Act passes into law.
The game, entitled “Card Checked” is a choose-your-own-adventure game where you play the role of a tatoo artist who is offered two choices: sign onto a public ballot to unionize a tattoo parlor, or not.
