Hanger Orthopedic Group Inc., a Bethesda-based orthotic and prosthetic care company, confirmed that the U.S. District Court dismissed a lawsuit filed against it.
The case stemmed from a class-action lawsuit brought against Hanger and several of its directors and officers.
Plaintiffs in the case included Twist Partners, which alleged securities law violations related to alleged billing improprieties at one of Hanger?s facilities, a release stated.
