Montgomery County’s Ride On bus is the runaway winner in a contest that no department wants to win — most complaints from county residents.
According to figures released by Montgomery CountyStat, residents called the county’s 311 customer service center to complain about bus service more than 10 times as much as any other issue.
Here are the top 10 complaints between June 17 and October:
1. Ride On service: 999
2. Ride On driver: 453
3. General housing: 128
4. Landlord: 65
5. Ride On schedule: 54
6. Cable: 52
7. Miscellaneous Ride On: 45
8. Tall grass: 44
9. Permitting services: 43
10. County Executive Ike Leggett: 42
