EL PASO, Texas (AP) — Work could begin in August to reintroduce a trolley service to El Paso after the Texas Transportation Committee approved $97 million for the project.
Some of the trolley cars that carried passengers downtown from 1950 to 1974 will be refurbished for the project, which is expected to last three years.
