WASHINGTON (AP) — Swedish diplomats acting for the U.S. have visited an American man detained by North Korea weeks ago.

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki (SAH’-kee) says the Sweden Embassy had consular access Friday to Jeffrey Fowle.
