The price of oil fell Monday as investors’ worries about Europe shifted to Spain.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Benchmark crude fell 76 cents to finish at $83.27 per barrel.
Gasoline fell 4.08 cents to end at $2.6609 a gallon.
Heating oil fell 2.88 cents to finish at $2.6177 a gallon.
Natural gas rose 16.8 cents to end at $2.6350 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange in London:
Brent crude fell $1.56 to finish the day at $96.05 per barrel.
