BuzzFeed began selling “failing pile of garbage” merchandise just hours after President-elect Trump dissed the news and entertainment website.
In his first news conference as president-elect, Trump on Wednesday blasted BuzzFeed for publishing a 35-page document of unverified allegations that Russia had allegedly gathered about him.
Trump opened the news conference by denying the report, slamming the outlet as a “failing pile of garbage” when asked further about the documents.
By Wednesday afternoon, BuzzFeed had several products featuring the president-elect’s quote, including bumper stickers, a T-shirt and garbage can.
“My bae works at a failing pile of garbage,” one bumper sticker reads.
