Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump asked former Secreatary of State Hillary Clinton “why the hell” she hasn’t gotten her agenda across during her time in government in the last several decades.

“Can I ask a simple question? She’s been doing this for 30 years, why the hell didn’t you do it over the last 15, 20 years?” Trump said.
