County Executive Ken Ulman and Fire Chief Joe Herr will announce service enhancements today intended to increase the county?s fire and rescue response to Ellicott City, Elkridge and Columbia.
During the event, an aerial tower and emergency medical services transport will be called into service to announce the addition of more personnel.
The event will be held at 10:15 a.m. at the Ellicott City Volunteer Fire Station 2 on Montgomery Road.
