SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Police say four people have been injured after a woman sped through downtown Syracuse and crashed into a pedestrian and a pickup truck.

Officials tell local media that a woman appeared to be unconscious behind the wheel of a Mercedes Benz stopped at a downtown intersection around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. While passersby tapped on her car’s window and flagged down an officer, the woman woke up.
