Rally for the mentally disabled planned at Rosewood Center

A newly formed coalition of families with loved ones at an embattled state-run center for the developmentally disabled will rally at the facility today, organizers said.

A group of parents of residents at Owings Mills? Rosewood Center will meet in the facility?s canteen at 3 p.m. They are fighting to keep the center, which is slated to close by next June, open.
