“Despite the fact that the GOP’s racist rhetoric has not slowed down at all, they have begun hyping up their — get this — ‘diverse candidates,'” said host Tiffany Cross.

“Faces of color do not always equate to voices of color,” she added.

“Really, this sounds more like the political equivalent of ‘some of my best friends are black,'” Cross continued, citing that Republican leadership would remain primarily white.

“They seem to hype people who are not coherent,” she told former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele before playing a clip from Tucker Carlson’s Fox News program.

According to Steele, Carlson was projecting while defending Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. He feels attacked by attacks on Ye, he explained.

“I wonder if Tucker does not find Kanye to be, to have some mental challenges, maybe because it takes somebody else with the same challenges to understand him,” Cross said.
