Police are asking for help finding a man who has been robbing College Park businesses at gunpoint.
Prince George’s County police believe the same man has robbed four businesses this month: the Pizza Hut at 9015 Baltimore Ave. on Feb. 23; the College Park Diner, 9206 Baltimore Ave., on Feb. 21; Jerry’s Subs and Pizza, 10424 Baltimore Ave., on Feb. 10 and the Bamboo Eater Restaurant, 9935 Rhode Island Ave., on Feb. 8.
In each robbery, the man displayed a handgun and demanded money. He fled on foot after obtaining cash, police said. The suspect is described as a black man who is 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 to 160 pounds.
