Underage tanning-bed ban clears hurdle in Colo.

DENVER (AP) — A full ban on youths in tanning beds has won initial approval in the Colorado Legislature.

The bill would bar anyone under 18 from using an artificial tanning bed. It passed on a party-line 6-5 vote, with all Democrats in favor.
