Lebron James has agreed to a two-year contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers worth $97.1 million, according to a report.
The deal, which includes a player option for the 2024-25 season, means James will now be the highest-paid player in NBA history, beating Kevin Durant.
It also means James, 38, will not be able to become a free agent next summer due to the agreement.
