CMU’s Vice President for Recruitment and Retention Jennifer DeHaemers assumed the role Thursday, the outlet reported.

The university apologized for the mistake earlier this week and offered full tuition to all students who received the congratulatory message to “make it right,” though the affected students will not receive all the other perks associated with the scholarship.

The Centralis Scholars Award, which was offered to students in the original email, covers full tuition, fees, room and board, and a $5,000 study away award, according to the school’s website.
